 Eligible for Replacement

Replacement support is provided in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged during transit

  • An incorrect item is delivered

  • There is a verified manufacturing defect

 How to Raise a Replacement Request

To initiate a replacement:

  • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos or a short video showing the issue

  • Provide order reference details

Our team will verify the claim and initiate the replacement process promptly.

 Returns 

Returns are accepted only with prior written approval.

They are mainly applicable in cases of:

  • Incorrect product dispatch

Conditions:

  • Products must be unused

  • Items must be in resale condition

  • Original packaging should be intact

 Not Eligible for Return 

To maintain competitive pricing and fair terms for all business buyers, returns are not accepted for:
